A usual slot is a client’s regular appointment — the same service, day and time. Regular clients can book that pattern ahead so both of you know when they are coming in.
No. For a standard one-off booking, clients can book on your public page without creating an account. A free client account is needed for usual slots and for managing bookings after they are made.
Walk-in hours are periods you set aside for walk-ins instead of online appointments. Clients cannot reserve an individual walk-in online — those times simply stay clear of bookable slots.
Yes. Appointment periods and walk-in periods can sit on the same working day. Online booking only shows times during the appointment hours you choose.
Yes. You can add appointments from phone calls, texts, Instagram DMs or in-person chats directly from your dashboard.
Usual appointments can be booked for up to three months ahead. Diemly checks each date against your hours, breaks, time off and walk-in periods.
No. Clients pay you directly at the appointment. Diemly does not process appointment payments and does not take commission.
